Dr. Lee was wonderful to work with and we appreciated her timely updates. Like many patients, the wait for PGT-A results is nerve wracking. We�ve been waiting 2+ weeks with no updates from Natera. We actually had to reach out to the clinic team but it doesn�t look like anyone followed up with Natera on our behalf. We recommend the clinic to give patients options beyond Natera. While the retrieval went well, we�re wholly unsatisfied with the PGT-A phase of the process.

Internal bleeding was not detected during recovery or during multiple calls throughout the day to both the nurse and physician. I ultimately was rushed to the ED in excruciating pain where the internal bleeding was detected and I was admitted. I understand this is a fluke experience but am disappointed in Spring�s lack of attentiveness to my concerns throughout the day and allowing me to bleed costing my a great deal more in medical bills and time spent healing when I should be moving onto a transfer. In addition, communication is spotty, we wait days for answers from our team. Spring was our hope after transferring from RMA but I�m left feeling depressed and defeated.
