Some of the nurses and receptionists asked if my husband had appointments/needed bloodwork when my chart was clear that we were using donor sperm. This is a bit of a sensitive topic because my husband is infertile and more senstivity around this issue would help me and probably other patients. Other than that, my experience with Spring has been very positive.
