Egg retrieval procedure went as planned. However, there�s the whole issue with FDA eligibility and I�m still in the midst of it. The patient navigator has delayed the whole process and is not helping me find a clinic asap. I�ve been spending hours I should�ve spent at work calling all these clinics, to be told that I can�t call them without a referral. The doctor is often out of office. The phone call goes to voicemail. The email is often responded much later than desired even though I�m given an urgent timeline by the doctor.

The in-person interactions were very professional, but the delays in email responses (2+ days) with the patient coordinators are concerning, particular when patients are asked to supply key information like cycle start dates and ovulation.
