One feedback is about the lab results. It would be great if as a patient I can see all my test results on my patient portal. From the 3 blood draws that I did, I can only see the result from my first blood test. I sent an email twice asking my care team to post my lab results to my patient portal but no response yet.

Would prefer if coordinator can meet at least once with me in person. Initially the information was overwhelming via email as it was like a general 'laundry list', not very tailored to me. I then called my coordinator and asked for clarification. This is my 3rd clinic as I have been unsuccessful with the first 2. It was a pleasant surprise to receive 2 small chocolates after the retrieval.
