He said it was really difficult to produce because his Internet wasn�t working well on his phone either. He also said the chair was very uncomfortable. It sounds like there can be some easy fixes for the room for male partners such as a few chair options and fast high-speed Internet that works

I had such a great experience with Spring Fertility. The entire team is so caring and make the process run smoothly. I always felt taken care of and prepared!

This was a great experience and outcome. Interactions with staff was always kind and consistent. I was treated by all the physicians in the Santa Clara office and they were very attentive, knowledgeable, respectful throughout. Thank you!!

Doctors And nurses were great. Other stuff lacking including communication from support staff especially considering the cost of the program, which we�ve now paid about 3.5 times.

While the entire staff at Spring in Sunnyvale have been amazing, Dr. Harris and his compassionate care sticks out the most. While his care is meticulous, his manner is so warm and approachable. Infertility is naturally a sensitive subject for most, but not once did I feel unsupported by my care team. Timelines and instructions were clearly explained so I was always in the loop with my plan of care. Regardless of our outcome, I am forever indebted and thankful to Sunnyvale Spring for having been such a pillar of support during a very tumultuous time. :)

It was slightly chaotic than expected in the Transfer room with some equipment needed was unavailable in the room during the process. It definitely can be more improved and organized
