I am so glad I went through with it at Spring. I was very nervous but as it got closer the experience got better. If I had to comment, it would be helpful if the provider gave more commentary of the prognosis or approach during the in person ultrasound. As we got closer to the egg retrieval day, the visits got more detailed which helped me understand prospects and expectations better. Spring is a place I�d definitely recommend. All the doctors in Sunnyvale were excellent as well as the nurses and staff. Very compassionate and friendly and makes me feel like I was in safe hands that welcomed me. It never felt cold or distant. Thank you.

It be nice to have a time frame (perhaps a window of time) as to when could expect calls regarding reports (fertilization/day 3/5). This already is an anxiety producing process and waiting all day for a status report that takes 2 minutes can be overwhelming.

I enjoyed my experience with Spring overall. Happy with Dr Harris. The only thing I thought could improve is the experience on retrieval day itself. I felt like I got chase out as quickly as possible. I was sleepy but was wake up by nurse several times and I wasn�t able to rest a little longer.
