The team is so well organized , positive, and supportive! I could not imagine going anywhere else for fertility care!

Front office staff is not always welcoming and seems a bit scattered at times. Unsure how they are communicating with other staff, but there seemed to be a disconnect at times.

Dr Lee and all the team, from the care team to the nurses to the front desk team is always sooooo welcoming, informative, caring and kind. But I am so so glad that I found Dr Lee and have her as my primary. She helps me understand this crazy adventure and makes it even better with her positivity and graciousness.
