My experience was fantastic. I do have some feedback on the communication and paperwork. I got a few calls and texts and emails and portal messages about the same topics, and even got the same questions asked at the office a few times. The paperwork is very overwhelming, a quick suggestion would be to do a brief summary on what the docs to be signed are for. Overall, 10/10 experience though! Thank you :)

I think the hardest thing is getting financial documents for reimbursement is basically impossible. I never hear back from the financial team in a timely manner and sometimes don�t hear from them at all. Also, I don�t know what is next for my IVF treatment. I had to reach out to my nurse to understand if we need to do another retrieval or if we move forward with implanting. I also don�t know what the next steps are for implanting.
