I only wish that the staff has name tag. I been with Spring for a year and didn�t know Anyone name. It would have been more personable to know their names.

I would highly recommend my nurse Yan to my friends! She�s very sweet, patient and clear through the whole communication process. She made me feel so much more at ease during this whole IVF process! Not to mention she is trilingual, speaking not only English but also Mandarin and Cantonese. Speaking to her in my mother tongue make me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable in this stressful process. I enjoyed working with Yan a lot! Thank you Yan and Tran Care Team!

One of the assistants always has trouble drawing my blood due to small veins and when I asked for a different person or to withdraw the needle out of my arm since no blood was coming out she didn�t listen. It was really frustrating as she was basically ignoring me and my concerns.

I wish the retrieval instructions could be tailored more based on different priming. I was bleeding the day before retrieval and I was freaking out because i didn�t know it is normal to have period during midluteal priming. I�m glad I was able to locate an on all doc on Sunday night to give me a piece of mind.

Spring is the best and I�ve recommended to many friends who are going through infertility!

Yes thank you for giving us an opportunity to comment. My husband told me that the room for men to Produce their sample needs to be improved greatly. He said the chair is uncomfortable. The Internet is spotty. And he could barely even get the Internet on his phone to work.
