The staff at Spring Fertility is kind and professional. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I'm continuously frustrated by having to do a lot of my own research and advocate for myself to the professionals who should know the best way to proceed. For example, I was concerned with the high drop off of embryos between day 3-6 in both my first two IVF cycles. Doctor said it was normal. I insisted on my Natera results to be reviewed, and the doctor discovered a high rate of paternal errors and recommended a zymot chip. Why did I have to insist? And why is this not standard?? Overall I feel I'm just a number and the clinic is too overwhelmed to deal with me. Overall my expectations were not met considering the very high price tag ($18K+ per round with very limited results). I'm frustrated and losing faith in the process. I'm hoping to speak with the head of clinic to get some questions answered.

I understand we can�t always have our own doctor do our procedures, but it causes so much more anxiety when our process is being done by someone we have never met or spoken to. This time my procedure itself went smoothly, but I was so nauseous the whole rest of the day despite having the same anesthesia protocol as last time.

I felt, and still feel, very cared for and supported by the whole spring fertility community including everyone I have spoke with on the phone, at the front desk and in the clinical setting. I�m truly grateful for all your care. The one thing that was a little challenging was getting a cost letter for treatment in a timely manner. The cost letter with estimated costs came three days before I began my baseline ultrasound. I might have been able to secure alternative financial assistance if I knew the costs a little sooner. Overall though everything has been a great experience and thank you for all that you do!

Give 5 stars to my nurse Yan Liu. She guides me each treatment process clearly. She helps many patients at this time.Hope Spring can hires more Mandarine speaking Nurse like Yan. Dr. Tran is my primary physician and very popular and popular . He is full of daily calendar. Expect he can tell me more during FET, such as where is catheter, embryo.. I think he tries his best already and thanks Dr. Tran and care team�s efforts for me.
