I loved the staff, doctors especially Dr Harris and Dr Lydia and Dr Tran�s care team. Only one thing which I am not happy about is I never met or even received an email from Doctor Tran who was actually my primary doctor. I was told I will see him on my retrieval day as he�ll be doing the retrievel in SF if it falls on weekday but then it came out that my retrieval was on Tuesday and Dr Tran was again not there. I had chosen SF for retrieval only because of Dr Tran otherwise I live in Fremont and would have chosen closer location. My only reason to come to Speing just because of Dr Tran and seeing all other people and not him was disappointing.

My overall experience with Spring is excellent. Every staff is polite, welcoming, and warm. I deeply appreciate the prompt response from the care coordinator after I made the initial call. My care team has been providing me with outstanding care. Dr.Lee is so compassionate and kind to all her patients. I feel reassured and well taken care of by her. The only issue I have is the lack of updates on the Day-3 and Day-6 follow-up reports. I didn�t receive any call to inform me of the embryos progression until I made the move to call after waiting all day long. When I finally called on day 3, the nurse did not walk me through the report and I was left confused.
