Just assume the errors and mistakes on the decisions made during the last cycle.

Dr. Harris is excellent doctor thanks to my obgyn for the recommendation to him we are lucky to have him as our IVF doctor.

I cant say enough good things about the team. Even though I had some complications after my retrieval and some bumps in the road early on with confusion about my protocol, the team was always INCREDIBLY caring and super responsive and I felt assured that I was in good hands. I am so grateful to Dr. Harris, Lauren, Carla, and the whole team of nurses I saw. Thank you guys so much for being absolutely amazing!

Not all staff seem to have complete knowledge of clinical procedures or evidence and at times have given non-answers rather than find out or escalate to a clinician. There was confusion and a missed cycle due to an oversight by the staff that could have been avoided had the concern been escalated to the physician in a timely manner, rather than just stating, "well this is just how things are done." not all the nurses seemed equipped to answer clinical questions, which is fine but they should just direct clients to someone who knows, rather than pretend and make something up or give non-answers - this is not helpful

The entire staff is always amazing, I could not be more happy with my choice to go with Spring
