The finance contact took several weeks to provide a cost letter (received mid Nov) and then pushed the cost up 10% without any warning once Jan hit. Every interaction (or lack thereof) with Priscilla made me less sure that Spring was a compassionate and truthful company. If this IVF cycle fails we'll most likely seek out another clinic that's more forthcoming with their cost.

They accommodated my request for female only physicians and in almost all my appointments I met with my primary physician, which is one of the main reasons I chose spring over other clinics. I would continue to offer that personal support for your clients as it makes a big difference in the patient experience.

There was one nurse who I felt didn�t pay very good attention during my ultrasound visits on next steps that were just communicated and she also was not able to successfully draw my blood making me feel anxious at my next visits that I�d experience the same thing again.

I am very happy with the care I�m receiving at Spring. The one thing that would be helpful would be to receive an email Or portal message that lists all of the medication and dosages at least for the start of the cycle so we know what we will be taking before calling our pharmacy.
