I am very happy with the care I�m receiving at Spring. The one thing that would be helpful would be to receive an email Or portal message that lists all of the medication and dosages at least for the start of the cycle so we know what we will be taking before calling our pharmacy.

Spring did a great job! Few recommendations: share the medication ppt ahead of the webinar, financial team to clarify if bloodwork during checkup apts is a built in cost, and set expectations about how many people will be in the room when wheeled back for the actual procedure. I would highly recommend your clinic and appreciate the gentle approach of Dr. Harris and all staff.

I absolutely loved the consult and Dr. Vaughn�s perspective on fertility. Getting used to the patient portal and paying through an external process were wonky but all worth it for sure. Can�t wait to get started!

I love Dr. Harris. He is so warm and patient. He listened to all my concerns and even me and my husband's weird superstitions. He was extremely comforting and I felt like I was in great hands with Dr. Harris. And the whole staff does a wonderful job making what is a stressful and taxing experience as painless as possible.
