10. I chose �neutral�, because treatments haven�t started yet. So far, so good though! :D

The one thing I feel not clear well on my generic scree. I think there are a few patient like me transfer from other clinic since failure on 1st treatment. During our 1st treatment we have 0 knowledge on treatment and even on the test. Dr. didn't ask me to take the generic test, but later on I found I wasn't asked to do. So I asked PN for help to order this. After I carefully review my last treatment medical record, I realized, I did and take 2nd test at Spring. That's OK. Just feel like, the Care team can point out I've have the record all ready. I think some other patience may have same situation with me, we don't know what tests we've taken and for what.

Spring goes above and beyond to make what could be a difficult journey as easy as possible. The team is filled with knowledgeable and caring people and give me confidence that I am getting the best care I can throughout this journey.
