Spring Fertility made this experience as easy as possible and the staff were all extremely knowledgeable and warm.

Doctor, lab nurse and receptionist were superb! Super friendly and welcoming!

The nurse for my last retrieval did not communicate clearly or when appointments would change, she didn't explain the reason besides the physician wanted me to come back the next day. I was also asked to use medications my nurse didn't order. Luckily, I had extra from the last cycle. The overall communication was not very good. My primary nurse Mae was able to clarify some things for me once she came back from vacation.

The IVF process feels too rigid and doesn't seem to be tailored to the individual patient's body. When it fails, there's no proactive effort to find the cause. This process is a complete waste of the patient's time and money. Furthermore, the nurse in charge of communication isn't proactive about sharing information or coordinating with us. They don't take the initiative to tell us what the next step is; most of the time, they only act after we've asked. This is a huge waste of our time and causes unnecessary waiting and anxiety. However, what I'm most unhappy about is that after the failed embryo transfers, the team made no effort to actively investigate the reasons for the failures. They didn't conduct various tests or engage in any discussion. This has resulted in the waste of three embryos and three opportunities, leaving the patient to find answers on their own. I don't believe this is the proper attitude for a professional fertility center.

We really appreciate how attentive and patient Dr. Chervenak is with us, and would take the time to personally call us, despite our long and challenging journey.
