Nice doctors and nurse

The sound was bad during our video consult. Ring central only worked on our phone not pc.

We did not receive a summary of the consult from the navigator/administrative staff. There really needs to be a back up system for remote visits (telehealth). Im trying to establish a rapport with a team I think a face to face visit helpsand if not feasible at least being able to see them. The software was glitchy at one point telling me it was not available. The tech support was not useful and I am pretty experienced in using these as a part of my daily activities. Consider doximity as a back up which has been a go to platform for practices of all types during the pandemic. About the provider visit I left with a sense that my fertility journey was one of chance, there was no possibility conceiving or carrying a pregnancy without the use of another womans egg and uterus, and with a quick ship out of supplies they could make embryos a possibility for my husband. When you are contemplating a new process or procedure the language and tone of the meeting are key. Though I am certain that the provider did not intend to come off this way, I do feel there was a lack of empathy in the manner in which this initial consult was conducted.

First consult was over ring app so it in person so thats why that one is blank/not rated

Had technical difficulties with Ring Central and ended up with phone call. Doctor and staff were flexible about it.
