I have done several cycles at spring and the one over the holidays was just terrible. Everyone from Dr. Vaughn (whole told me we lost my follicles because she was looking at the wrong ovary) to the nurse who sent me the wrong day 3 report to the receptionist who told me to wait outside in a rainstorm did a terrible job and seemed overwhelmed and overworked.
