I didnt not have a designated nurse for my last cycle. I was pushed around and worked with at least 5 nurses throughout the cycle. Does Spring treat all their paying customers this way?

Thank you, overall Ive had a good experience with Spring. I do feel like visits with the provider go so fast, and sometimes I leave feeling like I dont get a lot of information, visibility on what the doctor is thinking and planning, or explanation on whats happening/treatment plans.

Everything flowed smoothly and the ultrasound wasnt painful at all!

Dr Lee was great, and all the staff were really nice. I found the injections confusing/difficult - I feel the videos could be improved a bit by e.g. not focusing on drawing back to 10ml for the menopur, because sometimes I was a bit short and actually ended up with air up top which I then injected (should have clarified to push up at the end so that a small droplet comes out). Also not enough emphasis on why not to reuse injection needle if you mess up and need to stab again. Also how to grip the morning needles while screwing them. Even obvious things like "turn the face of the gonal-f so you can watch as you inject and see it reached 0. There was also a lot of emphasis on things that weren't as important, so it was jard to figure out what was critical and what not. I guess maybe I'll make my own YouTube video :) of course, in the end the drugs worked fine, it was just more terrifying than it needed to be. But overall great experience! (Also more warning that e.g. opioids can cause horrible constipation and that the stool softener alone would not be enough would have helped, but maybe I'm an outlier and I didn't find good resources for this online either.

There was confusion about the potential start timing given my cycle, test results and office closure.
