I absolutely loved my care team and especially Dr Lee. She was always willing to take time to answer my questions. As hard as this was emotionally, I always felt welcomed and supported.

On number 7, I had a technical issue� I took a long time to fill out the paperwork� it let me continue from page to page although my time had expired. When I went to submit it, it took me to the sign in page and I had lost all I had done and I needed to start over. A way to improve it is if a session has timed out, or the site has logged someone out, don�t let it continue on to the next page. As far as the staff and doctor were amazing and informative!

Overall incredibly impressed with Spring. All staff is always quick to reply, I never felt rushed, everyone and everything is very thorough. It was an amazing experience during what could be a really difficult time. Thank you!!

I would encourage the Doctors to be more gentle and careful with the ultrasounds. Sometimes it can feel a bit too much pressure and it would be nice to be talked through and prepared for each step. Example now I am inserting wand, I will go to your right side now, is that too much pressure are you ok? Here you will feel a bit more pressure- let me know if that's too much. I have had a LOt of ultrasounds over the years so this is an area that could use improvement for sure. Other than that everything has been good so far.
