I would encourage the Doctors to be more gentle and careful with the ultrasounds. Sometimes it can feel a bit too much pressure and it would be nice to be talked through and prepared for each step. Example now I am inserting wand, I will go to your right side now, is that too much pressure are you ok? Here you will feel a bit more pressure- let me know if that's too much. I have had a LOt of ultrasounds over the years so this is an area that could use improvement for sure. Other than that everything has been good so far.

Spring is the absolute best. Such an amazing experience from start to finish!

This was the best experience. Dr. Harris and the entire team made the entire procedure starting for egg retrieval till embryo transfer very easy and I didn�t even for short period of time felt stressful. We both are very glad to have selected spring and Dr. Harris for our treatment.

Overall happy with my experience with Spring so far. I really appreciate the attention to detail (slipper socks, private waiting room and unique chocolate treat!, as well as the friendly and attentive care given to me the day of the egg retrieval. That said, there�s always room to improve and these are some instances that I think could have been better. 1. First the genetic screening was not discussed and we were given limited time to consider whether we wanted a PGT-M. We were asked to reach out to a genetic counselor at Natera and they in turn kept referring us back to the clinic. We felt stuck in a loop with little to no guidance. If possible I�d recommend finding another company to work with aside from Natera (customer service was horrible and they have us wrong information). 2. The other issue was with the planning. While I understand there are a lot of uncertainties with the process, it wasn�t until we were at the point of egg retrieval that we learned FET wouldn�t happen for 8 more weeks l. Our expectations were completely misaligned as we thought it would happen within 1-2 weeks. It would have been nice to have the full picture of timing from the patient navigator rather than at each step in the process (understanding that everything is subject to change)
