If I were to send a friend to Spring, I would also tell them to get in-person receipts for any expenses they need to send to insurance. I had a big $10k bill that I paid in-office and then naively thought I could easily get a copy afterwards. It took my more than 6 weeks and having to show my credit card statement for them to believe and send me a receipt. So frustrating!
