I cannot reach the financial team either by calls or emails. I had to relay the message to other staff like patient navigator in hope that the financial team would reach me sooner. It took them one week to return to my calls and they said that they don�t have the answer for it. My second request of itemizing receipt has been pending for a few weeks. Since it was my first time doing fertility reservation, feel like I have been ignored by the financial team.

Ursula is the bomb. She stopped by to say hello when I did my transfer because I asked if she�d be there. Thank you!!

Everyone I�ve encountered at Spring Fertility is great! The only thing that I�d like to see change is that the clinic nurses don�t introduce themselves like the pre op and recovery nurses do. Thank you!
