The information on process by the patient team was a little too complex for a long email and should have been broken down better for the patient to understand. I was trying to understand all the steps and I had to read the email multiple times and copy it into a different format to understand it.

This is a great experience for me and my husband, whatever the doctor or nurses are doing good, they are so nice and patient. Thank you for you guys work!
