We really appreciate how attentive and patient Dr. Chervenak is with us, and would take the time to personally call us, despite our long and challenging journey.

Being under Dr. Murugappan's care leaves much to be desired. While she is sweet, I always feel like she is rushed during my monitoring visits. One time she literally had her foot out the door while asking if I had anymore questions. I thought it was quite disrespectful as a patient.

I was told I would get a call from a nurse after my transfer but that never happened. I�ve also felt like I�ve had to bare the mental load of scheduling appointments instead of my nurses being proactive around the timelines

It was frustrating not to have a nurse on call to ask questions to. The auto response in the app was annoying and I felt communicating through the portal was very slow and not helpful. I would�ve appreciated a more directly phone line to ask questions to a person. I can see the effort in trying to help alleviate how overwhelming this experience is, but the app made it more stressful and confusing. I wish I could was able to access it on a computer to see everything more clearly, not just on my phone. There were so many different messages and I couldn�t go back and refer to them because it would start a new message and everything would be under the doctors name eventhough it�s from a different provider (ex/ nurse or someone else). I did appreciate how kind the staff was. The clinic was very clean and beautiful. I like how the staff was comfortable with me recording my experiences and taking pictures.

Every interaction with every employee was friendly. I like that the feet stool was warm an so was the jelly when going through the ultrasound process.

I had a virtual appointment, but continued to get reminders and verbiage in emails about visiting the clinic in person. The initial form was also quite extensive with no way to skip the segments that don�t apply to me (prior pregnancies, etc)

Dr. Murugappan is absolutely exceptional! The perfect combination of a highly skilled physician and a very warm lovely person. Mae our nurse is the most patient person. We trust Spring with this most delicate process. Thank you ??
