Walking in, the office is beautiful! Warm, inviting, and not nearly a �sterile� healthcare office. Staff was top notch! I was well informed throughout the motions of the entire appointment. Working with Dr. Vaughn was honestly the most thorough interaction I�ve ever had with a medical provider. She explained things in layman terms and really took her time educating me and my husband regarding our options. Never have I felt so confident in a healthcare team!

Having now been a patient for 8 months I've seen a lot of things change. In the last few months I've seen great improvement with my communication with my care team and consistency with my assigned nurse which is so nice. My first few months I had a new new nurse every month. At my last procedure one of my nurses even went so far as too look up multiple support groups for me before I left, it was so thoughtful of her and much appreciated. Finance has also been incredibly helpful but my one comment is that there is one person I have been in contact with regarding a payment due to me and twice now she has not responded to me for over a week only to then tell me she was/is OOO. It would be helpful when staff members are OOO to put an auto reply on their email.
