Overall the experience is good, but the operation side needs more improvement. There was a lot of mistake regarding scheduling etc and people don�t talk to each other so there is confusion sometimes. It takes a long time to get response from finance and the forms i requested are different each time.

Medications process was confusing. There were times nurses have me the wrong information. When I went to order from Alto the app was not easy to figure out which medication I needed and which one I didn't. I could have easily preferred the wrong one as the prescriptions stayed in the queue. Also, the financial group was hard to get in touch with, which was a bit unsettling especially since there's a timing aspect to all of this, including the payment date.
