Bernadette Nurse in Pre and Post Op was fantastic. I have anxiety around getting an IV and it went really well. The care team is quick to respond via email had follow up calls. I also appreciated the anesthesiologist called me the day before procedure for a question. This is not the clinic�s fault but my second cycle was cancelled after 5 days so paying for $1800 for 2 ultrasounds and 2 bloodworks seems high but it was clear going in on the financial letter that is what the charge is when canceled before the retrieval.

Overall, great experience. It would have been helpful if my doctor had walked me through at the beginning what the chances of success were from this cycle. We talked through the chances of success based on previous cycles, and talked through wanting more eggs to increase the chances. I was surprised, however, when I was able to freeze so many eggs but still that�s only 1/3 chance of live birth. I probably would have made the same care decision, but a bit more upfront clarity would have been helpful. Thank you again for a great cycle!
