Having now been in treatment with Spring since January I have seen a noticeable improvement in communication with my nurse and care team (I had 4 or 5 nurses assigned to me in 6 months). We were able to move our embryos to Sunnyvale (at no cost, thank you!) which was great for us as we are much more familiar and comfortable with the team there.

I really appreciated the physician who saw me, she was kind and informative. The lack of knowledge about to cost of treatments feels a little frustrating especially because you do not accept other insurance
