I had a great experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt safe and secure at all times. I also really appreciated how efficient all my office visits were. I never waited more than a few minutes to be called in from the waiting room or for my doctor to come in the room. I was very happy.

The intake forms don't reflect the quality and warmth of the clinic experience. A more thoughtful handling of gendered language and assumptions would be better to have put me more at ease going into my appointment.
