The intake forms don't reflect the quality and warmth of the clinic experience. A more thoughtful handling of gendered language and assumptions would be better to have put me more at ease going into my appointment.

I answered �sometimes� to the question about financial management above be due to the fact that our insurance didn�t kick in right away we had to deal with both the self -pay and the insurance side of the house. While all our issues were eventually resolved, it was clear that neither group had any idea what the other did (ie self pay & insurance). The process would have been smoother if the team was able to work a little more cross functionally. However, that was literally the only issue & the spring team (especially Dr. Vaughn) gets 6 out of 5 stars from me!
