Very good experience with egg freezing process. Felt comforted and supported during the entire process. The care team was great and easy to reach. Instructions in regards to expectations and medication administration was very clear and easy to follow. The actual day of the egg retrieval went well - from preop to recovery, the entire process was very smooth. I have a few colleagues who used Spring fertility as well and without hesitation, we would all recommend Spring Fertility

We should be able to reach out the physician much more easily, whenever I ask question to my physician, i contacted with care team. Sometime we need to talk with the physician instead of patient care.

The egg retrieval process, and time line were explained nicely. I liked the calendar that estimated the anticipated dates for the steps. But no one informed my of what was next. All information ended on the day of retrieval. I didn't know the next steps, how the treatment would change my cycle timing, or when I'd hear from the treating doctor. I got the reports but no information one what the numbers mean or what they were seeing (normal verse abnormal). When my period come a week early I was shocked, and scared. The nurse providing the report seemed surprised too. This was day 6 and I still didn't know the next steps.

Nurses were friendly but doctors were hit or miss. I will probably do one more round just because of familiarity and time constraint, but will seek alternative clinic next year

I'm so grateful to be under Dr. Murugappan's and her team's care . They are very warm and friendly and answer all the questions patiently. Hopefully my implantation journey is smooth as the first half as well !

There was a delay in my transfer when the embryo couldn't be extracted into the catheter. We're still unclear why this happened other than the embryo was in the media too long despite thawing and expanding as normal. We then consented to thaw our last male embryo and the transfer proceeded as normal after 1+ hour delay.

I didn�t get a call back from my nurse after this 4th transfer. I used to get a call back previously. My nurse wasn�t proactive at all I had to keep following up with her for everything as in for medications. This was my 4th transfer so I knew a how to navigate around but for a new patient this experience wouldn�t be appreciated.
