Dr. Lee and her team are amazing! If it wasn�t for her support and reassurance I�m not sure I could have done 3 back to back rounds. She always made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions no matter how small or big they were. Dr. Lee and her team have become like friends to me and I will miss seeing them. I have and will continue spring fertility to friends and family who may be going through this process. The overall experience felt very cookie cutter and not personalized, even the email templates that were sent to me we're not customized to my situation. It didn't help me feel confident in the process or that spring wouldn't make mistakes. I also dislike the ungloved passing of a wipe from the nurse after each ultrasound. It felt unsanitary and I never use it. Also weird there's no hand washing station within each room in Sunnyvale.

At the beginning ordering the medication was very difficult and the finance team emailed me wrong extension for payment. I took the Spring medication package but it wasn�t communicated to Alto pharmacy which causes many headaches on my end. Many phone calls and messages/ emails had to be sent. It was a very stressful time.
