We didn�t know it would be 90 mins for the consult and then the bloodwork so my husband was late to a work meeting. That is the only improvement is to have more info on how much time to block off for the first appointment. The lab and front desk people were great

When I did my initial call, I was very very nervous. Anything slightly negative might have put me off going through this procedure because it is such a delicate thing. But everyone at Spring has been absolutely wonderful and supportive. There was never a time after my baseline where I thought "this is too much, I'm quitting". I've already recommended Spring to several people!
