I would personally like to thank Dr. Zore and her entire team, Maddie, Emily, both MA�s and the SOMA location, the front desk person, my day of surgery nurse, MA, and the anesthesiologist. They were all great and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I hate that I don�t remember my anesthesiologist name. I believe it was John. I�m not sure but he was amazing. My day of nurse I think her name was either Chelsea or Danielle amazing! And my day of medical assistant, she was amazing as well. I hate that I don�t remember everyone�s name, but my experience was a total 12 out of 10.

The day of my transfer was very stressful since I was told last minute that the embryo didn�t expand. Hence, I had to get two embryos transferred

I�m very unhappy about the level of disorganization, poor communication and completely avoidable total failure of the cycle. Tragic.

Dr. Pasternak and her entire team are the best of the best. I've gone through multiple procedures with them over the years and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about them. I genuinely miss going to them after each procedure is done!

Day of retrieval was excellent. Nurses, doctors and staff were really wonderful.
