Loved the heated massage chairs in the waiting room before surgery. It was a very nice touch. I wish it were easier to speak with someone on the phone especially with time sensitive logistics questions (I wanted to change my blood draw to be in Sunnyvale one day), but the portal replies were very fast and patient navigator friendly and helpful.

I�m trans, FTM (female to male) and never felt weird about it when I was at Spring Fertility. Everyone i�ve engaged at Spring Fertility has had a welcoming & professional attitude. Thanks for that :) The Tissue bank team hasn�t been as prompt as I and my partner would prefer and there was also a little bit of delay with finance in answering my partner and my questions, however I figure it�s because the whole clinic is quite busy, given my positive experience this far- the clinic�s heavy patient load is well deserved <3

I felt like a cog in the machine. My retrieval didn't go well, and I still don't feel like i know why. I didn't really get an egg report (I got a breif update from my doctor while in the ER...but that was not ideal). TBH, I expected more from Spring overall when I ended up in the hospital post retrieval - a care package or card would have been nice. I felt like each time I did an ultrasound, and they gave me next steps, they changed a few hours later with blood work. This was really frustrating, and I didn't feel like I understood why other than "your labs say we need to". I had signed up for the SOMA location...but only really went there for my baseline, which was disappointing. I probably should have registered for the Pac Heights location to start -- expectation setting from the Spring team would have been helpful here.
