This was such a positive experience and couldn�t recommend Spring Fertility and my team any higher. A huge shout out to Dr. Zore, Catherine (patient navigator), and Christine (nurse). So happy that they were my care team.

Between booking and my initial visit, I received about 12 emails and app messages from Spring (not including the document confirmations) � WAY too many emails! Also I received No followup info about the egg donor/ivf process, even though this was the most highly recommended option for me.

I think a clearer outline of costs around treatment and medication could have been shared. While a lot of it is subject to insurance, it would have been helpful to be given an overview.

I really appreciate that my doctor, Dr. Zore, takes the time to answer my questions and concerns that pop up along the way. I am sure that she has heard the same questions over and over, but it means a lot to have her pause and answer my questions, and make me feel heard.

Dr. Harris is amazing and all the staff were so welcoming. Dr. Harris was hopeful but also realistic with my plan. I�m willing to travel from Fresno to go to this clinic and hopefully create some babies.
