I feel like I was pressured into doing two cycles without proper discussion. Everyone is polite, but the whole process feels like an assembly line maximized for efficiency and volume of patients. Whenever you question any of the 20+ different people you interact with each day, none of them has any input or room for thought on how to handle any requests or questions that are out of the norm. Everyone just passes you along. I've asked certain questions multiple times over the past month that still haven't been answered.

Office visits were exceptionally welcoming and definitely one of the best experiences I�ve had at a medical facility. Dr. Fisher was clear, informative and made the experience so comfortable.

Receiving our day 6 report was the worst part of the experience so far. The nurse that called (not our usual nurse Nina) was fairly brusque and heartless when it came to telling us that 16 of our embryos had died between days 3 and 6. I was shocked and heartbroken and she showed NO empathy or human compassion. She was cold and got off the phone as soon as she could.

My boyfriend passed out and the nurses were so kind to us and made us feel very safe with such an unexpected experience. During the appointment I was a bit shocked to find I had a lower egg count but Dr. Zore was very reassuring and explained what it meant and my options.
