Such a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and puts you at ease. I asked such silly questions and always got quick and nice responses! Thanks Spring!

While I realize that my situation was unusual (bi coastal) and really appreciate Spring accommodating me, I did feel quite frustrated throughout the process that I had no communication with my primary doctor. I was never explained why my dosages were changing or how things were looking. I even had to call my care team after each appointment to get the follicle count. I do appreciate the other doctors accommodating me, but I was given no updates when I did my ultrasounds (felt as though the doc wanted to get it done and walk out) and my questions at the time of my appointments remained unanswered. I would have really appreciated a short follow-up call from my primary doctor at least a few times throughout the process. I really did feel left in the dark on my treatment plan and progress. After the retrieval, I got some pretty bad side effects (listed as "severe" on the discharge instructions) and did not even talk to my doctor until two days later (I had to call the emergency physician when I was having trouble breathing). It would have been very helpful to get a proactive follow-up from a physician after I reported my bad side effects multiple times to my care team (even if just to alleviate concerns, which the doc did when we eventually spoke). Everyone at Spring has been very nice and helpful and I am happy with the final outcome, however the process itself left me very frustrated and disconnected from the actual medical piece of it.
