I had a wonderful experience with you all! Y'all made a difficult and trying experience feel more simple, supportive and dare I say .. even fun at times.

Despite this being a hard process, spring made it sooo much easier! The only difficulty was getting to the soma sf office. Parking and walking to the clinic is incredibly difficult as all the buildings look alike.

My one complaint is the billing department. Extremely lengthy emails that day very little, no actual itemized, clear record of what costs are associated with what procedures. This needs to be streamlined and improved. Also why does it have to be a completely different person? Would be nice if it was part of the navigator�s job to communicate this with patients.

Not only did I learn a lot about my general reproductive system, I learned so much wonderful information about ivf. The presentation was not boring and it was very easy to engage with Dr Zore and team.
