It was excellent.

Amazing customer experience, I will recommend spring to all my friends and already have! My only issue was the side effects following retrieval were not well communicated to me. EG, I was told to take stronger pain medication only the first day after retrieval, when really the worst pain was days 3-5.

Everything was great except the finance folks. They were not very helpful, and did not reach out to me when I left them voicemails and emails.

The Doctor was always prompt in following up and the nurses were always great support and to wonderful talk to. I would recommend Spring to others.

I've had a great experience at Spring, particularly in comparison with a traditional hospital environment.

I felt supported throughout the process. It was a bit challenging how there were many digital access points throughout the process (email, different portals), so if there could be consolidation in the future, it would be great. Also, I actually had to call the clinic at end of day to get my trigger shot info (and they designated the time that was right after I called!), so it was a bit risky in timing (the clinic also prescribed a medication I was told to pick up that evening). It seemed a bit last minute, so some advanced notice on time-sensitive medication info would be appreciated. With that said, I was extremely happy with my results (4X in terms of results than the initial consultation). Thank you!

Could have provided more details about the side effects which were very intense (pressure pain so much I couldn�t sleep the first night) . Wish I had known about the electrolyte intake, other treatments to ease/minimize the effects before they happened

My overall experience with Spring and Dr. Klatsky has been wonderful. Caring and clear communications throughout our journey. Both my husband and I felt supported 100% of the time. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Spring team!
