Spring has been great! And.... 1) I wrote an email with some feedback abt how the system is some what but not totally set up for patients like me (coming to use frozen eggs). 2) I just got the financial info. It is frustrating that it states �transparency� but there are clearly costs not covered, not even mentioned. (Collection of sperm costs, genetic testing, etc.) I want to be know all of the costs upfront and so far I don�t. And I don�t know what I don�t know to ask.

Everyone was great! I feel super informed and am excited to have a plan. My only complaint so far is the financial aspect. It would be nice if the portal included what I've done and what I've paid for so far.
