If the overall schedule can be more detailed description and updated during the process timely, it will be more helpful

Thank you so much to the entire team at Spring. I was hoping the experience would be "not that bad" and I finished the retrieval feeling inspired by this awesome female team that were incredible experts and caregivers

I had a good experience with my procedure, I felt well taken care of and thoroughly informed of what was going on and when.

I felt very welcomed and supported, and as a LGBTQ person I did not feel judged or unappreciated. The whole team was very warm, responsive and helpful. I am recommending the clinic to LGBTQ friends as a friendly place for fertility treatment.

The only criticism I have is that during this cycle it felt like the team was not always on top of my treatment details. Often I needed to ensure that appointments were being made correctly. For example, I needed a follow up ultrasound to be scheduled a little earlier given my previous history of early ovulation. My appointment was scheduled for the standard timing and I had to clarify for the team and ensure the appointment was changed.

It was a great experience overall. Great process and prompt communications, and mostly accommodating to my needs and preferences. There was a subtle miscommunication around medications during the last weekend when switching doctors and it was fixed then. Overall I was happy with my experience. The procedure went very well. Thank you for the Dr teams. Dr Kim and Dr Wang who performed my procedures, and the nurse team. You guys did a great job.

Wanted to thank lots of folks! Allison - sending crinone prescriptions to 2 pharmacies to make sure I received it, Emily for tracking down a mistake that Alto made with doses. Emily and Amy for the pre-transfer procedure calls. In the OR - Amy, Mckenna, and the nurse who held my bladder during the transfer! For the blood draws - Sheilah and all of the other folks who did it painlessly. And of course, Dr. Wang and especially Dr. Zore. It's so comforting to have your own doctor do the retrievals and transfers!
