I felt very taken care of by this clinic!

It was a little hard to keep track of who was my point of contact for which things. Overall, everyone was very professional and I'm really happy with the experience.

I adore the spring team but did have an issue where I was told to order 3 vials of progesterone 2 of which expired prior to my being able to use them so let nurse know in future they should tell patients to not order progesterone until they need it bc I wasted almost 200 dollars on this

On the day of egg retrieval, in the surgery room, the nurse put her wrist on my knees while showing her photo to the anesthesiologist's while we were waiting for the doctor. I felt it was inconsiderate and inappropriate.

The egg retrieval nurses were all amazing!

One comment would be to wait for us to put our clothes on after the ultrasound before having us schedule our next appointment. It's a bit disconcerting to still be on the table half naked and covered in lubricant. Also I always need to look at my phone calendar when scheduling, so it's awkward to have the nurse have to come hand me my handbag in this situation. I was so frazzled the first time that happened I actually left my phone on the exam table. Also the app UI could be improved. I wish the message threads would remain organized by convert, so you don't have to wade through multiple threads with the same person to find the info you need.

Spring has been amazing. The care and kindness of the team is incredible. The transfer was so fast and easy. I would absolutely recommend Spring to friends.
