I made two attempts to book the initial consult with Spring without hearing back from the clinic after 2+ weeks. The impact of this is unfortunate as I wasn�t sure if my messages were received, or I didn�t feel like a priority during the initial stages of making such a large decision (financially, physically, mentally, and emotionally). However, when I finally got through to a live receptionist (upon my own persistence and not because someone called me back), my experience has been nothing but pleasant and I feel frequently in communication with my care team. Spring is such a reputable clinic and I�m relieved my opinion has changed since my initial perceptions, but I�d hate for other prospective patients to experience what I did at the onset of my relationship with Spring.
