Great overall expirence

Great overall expirence

Great experience, thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with the Spring team. Ive never had my blood drawn so quickly before and this speaks volumes to the skill of the nurses. Ive been subject to so many needles prodding for veins and Spring was the most seamless and fast experience!

The email portal system did not feel organized. It was too much information in too many email pockets, and felt like a bad work training where you didnt know where to go next. Is also recommend changing pharmacies - Alto is fine, but I have used Schrafts previously and they provide a 24/7 hotline, which would be a good service to patients. Additionally, when I called the on call doctor after my procedurefrankly, they mostly seemed like they wanted to get off the phone. KindBody has an on call WhatsApp, and that might be a better set up to answer easy questions. The doctor didnt seem to care that I was in pain that the oxy wasnt helping, just if I needed to go to the ER or not; some compassion would be nice, but if shes answering similar calls all night, itll be difficult to muster.

Dr. Zore and her care team (shout out to Nina) have been absolutely wonderful during my lengthy and difficult IVF journey

Great staff. Greeted with smiles, warmth, and care. Very organized between emails, calls, updates within the app.

I take synthesis for hypothyroidism, and I by chance realized that thr various FET meds can cause your TSH to jump, or get too low. I test regularly through LabCorp out of pocket. Early in the cycle, my TSH was 2. I luckily checked right before the transfer again, and it was 0.002! I recommend that you encourage patients who are on synthesis to monitor their TSH, to proactively make sure the TSH is not out of range before the egg transfer day.
