Because the guy said he doesn’t do what I asked for what my appointment was for and then the next day my wife went there and told them about my appointment and that guy said that they do, do what my appointment was about and that I just have to make an appointment on the right day, not on ThursdayNANANANATo many unnecessary questions

I called with a service question, that might have been an emergency or a non event. I was told to come in as son as possible. thank God it turned out to be a non event...the diagnostic free was a surprise but thank God also that it didn't cost more than that.
