Lack of communication / young lady didn’t know what she was talking about / employees weren’t on the page Service dept wasn’t as organized / customer service suck2026 has to be recalibrated - sat for 2 1/2 hours and then was told it could not be done to due to the rain. Young lady was very condescending.

I guess an all around inspection was done and it was discovered that I needed brakes or rotors and something elseThe other two employees were absolutely wonderful and one even found a place for my husband to pray. The guy sitting at the desk to the far right makes the location look bad with his disconnect from customer careThe guy was rude and unhelpful and impatientI would love to give a 10 but the person who was supposed to close me out was has zero customer service skills! His attitude is horrible and he has no patience or knowledge. The young lady on the other hand is absolutely pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable and a professional

I waited while my car was in for routine maintenance. The waiting room had a coffee machine, a TV and very comfortable chairs. And I didn't wait long. I love mitsubishi!I love my car. The service is always great!
