My experience was amazing, everyone was so polite and greeted us with a smile, they offered us snacks,coffee and juice and we even had free ice cream. The salesman by the name of Carter was so wonderful and patient with us as well. I really loved how they took care of everything in a professional manner

The team at Springfield Mitsubishi are top notch. Those guys need a bigger facility so that they could welcome in more people who are looking to purchase a quality vehicle at an affordable price from friendly people.I went into Springfield Mitsubishi a bit scared, a little nervous and very unsure of what the outcome would be. Almost immediately I .was made to feel at ease. The staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I left there with a brand new Outlander Sport and some new friends. These are just a couple reasons why I gladly rated them a 10. I have already recommended 5 people to Springfield Mitsubishi and 3 of them have apponinments. I am sure that the wonderful team at Springfield will take care of them just like they did with me.I just wish it were bigger so that more people could experience what i felt!

This stuff for Mitsubishi did a great job on my oil change inspection. Everything was in order with no problems.Chris and Jake great representative for Mitsubishi three Chuchu with great respect and tell you everything about your car that needs to be done at that time
