The computer did not understand me on the first time I was trying to schedule my appointment and it was a little frustrating. When I called back everything went better.I'm not really sure what you could do to improve, I was treated with respect and my car was serviced in a timely fashionI have been dealing with Springfield Mitsubishi for many years now and the service has always been great. I've always been treated with respect. You have the best staff in the world there

Frank was absolutely wonderful when the transmission went on my Mirage G4. He called me with updates and “held my hand” through the whole process!

N/aI explained my concerns about my vehicle, but I felt that the employee assisting me did not fully listen or acknowledge what I was trying to explain. At times the interaction felt inconsistent, one moment the representative was very friendly, and the next the tone and response were noticeably different, which made the conversation confusing and a bit frustrating.Additionally, the AI phone based system the dealership uses seemed to make communication more difficult. Instead of helping streamline the process, it felt like it added another barrier to get ahold of someone.I appreciate the effort to modernize the service process, but I hope the dealership will continue focusing on attentive customer service and clear communication. Frank is always a pleasure to work with. I am also happy they lessen the testosterone by adding Jasmine to the crew. She was a pleasant.The establishment is clean, welcoming and stay stocked with complimentary beverages. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful.
